Technical Requirements

The Producer will provide:

  1. a complete conductor’s score,

  2. a rehearsal video for the conductor which has the film, the streamers and punches, click track and the original soundtrack,

  3. orchestral parts for rehearsals and performances of the Program,

  4. the film, stripped of its original orchestral accompaniment,

  5. all rights and licenses to the music, the film, and LBO-provided publicity materials.

The Presenter will provide:

  1. the playback equipment, sourced through the technical director,

  2. the click track system, which may be sourced through the technical director,

  3. Microphones/amplification,

  4. Digital audio mixing console,

  5. 32′ wide screen (2.1:1 aspect ratio),

  6. Video projectors,

  7. PA system,

  8. Lighting

For the orchestra:

  1. Lit, dimmable music stands,

  2. Orchestra chairs,

  3. Single-ear headphones and adjustable-volume controllers for each stand. Wireless headsets are not acceptable.

For the conductor (see photo):

  1. Large, lit dimmable music stand,

  2. Conductor’s rostrum,

  3. Small percussion stand on the conductor’s left for the click track mixer,

  4. Small percussion stand on the conductor’s right for the conductor’s microphone,

  5. Adjustable stool with no back on the conductor’s right.
